Sarcocarp \Sar"co*carp\, n. [Sarco- + Gr. ? fruit: cf. F. sarcocarpe.] (Bot.) The fleshy part of a stone fruit, situated between the skin, or epicarp, and the stone, or endocarp, as in a peach.
